With the entry into force of the (EU) Regulation Nº 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (popularly known as eIDAS), the legislative plurality on the subject resulting from the previous Directive ceased. Thanks to this, any document signed with one of the electronic signature procedures contemplated in the Regulation cannot be turned away as evidence in any legal court of a member state of the European Union. Our current provider, Signaturit, has been recognized by the Spanish Tax Office and therefore can be used as an advanced electronic signature system fully compliant with eIDAS specifications.

This way of signing has greater evidentiary effect than the traditional signature because, by definition, advanced electronic signature systems unequivocally identify the signing party. To reinforce this system and add better security, this partner also incorporates biometric technology capable of capturing data from the signature graph that gives context in which the signature was made. By comparing this data each and every time a signature is performed, a unique profile of the signature can be constructed, allowing for a fully verifiable way of identifying the signing party, without the barriers of presence or the need for a special device, allowing the signature of any document simply by using our mobile device.
