CIVIL LIABILITY

One of our specialties is civil liability, where we advise companies and individuals in topics relating to damage law, including contractual and extracontractual damage: construction defects, professional malpractice, defective products, and any civil liabilities arising out of damage caused.

We can find civil liability in any actions in our lives and it becomes legally relevant when damage is caused to a third party.
